Campaign Story
- As Many Of You May Know...My Grand-Father (Tommy Boone) Was Working On May 22, 2014 Driving A Dump-Truck When A Young Lady Pulled Out On The Road Infront Of Him. In Attempt To Not Strike Her Vehicle Directly, He Chose An Outcome For Himself That Wasn't Favorable As He Knew The Damage That Would Be Inflicted On A Small Car By A Loaded Dump Truck. Due To His Self-Less Act, The Dump Truck Ended Up On It's Side Leaving Him Stuck Inside And With Severe Injury's At 73 Years Of Age. He Has Many Severe Injuries, And A Long Long Road Ahead Of Him That Would Prove Difficult For Even A Person In Their 20's Or 30's. Even With All Of This Stacked Against Him....I Have No Doubt That He Can Preserver And Push Thru This. He Is A Tough Man And Has Always Been Able To Over-Come Struggles That Life Has Put In His Path. And Anyone That Knows Him Knows That There Hasn't Been Many Day's In His Life That He Hasn't Worked. There Has Been No Job Too Dirty, No Difficulty Level Too High, And Nothing That Was Beneath Him To Do. With That Being Said....I Am Setting Up This Funding Page Not Only Because He Is My Grand-Father And I Love Him Dearly, But Because After All The Long Days I Spoke Of That He Has Put In During His 73 Years Of Life....He Is Beyond Deserving Of Getting Some Help To Get Him And My Grand-Mother Thru This Journey That Has Been Placed Before Them. Anything That You Can Donate Is Beyond Appreciated. And If You Aren't In A Position To Donate A Penny....Your Prayers Would Be Appreciated As Much If Not More Then Anything Monetary You Could Provide. The Money Will Be Utiized To Help With Their Monthly Bills, Hospital Bills, Medications, Any Cost Of Traveling To And From Doctors, And Any Other Cost's That May Occur Pertainging To This Situation. We Know That God Has This Situation, As Well As My Grand-Father In The Palm Of His Hands.
