Funding for my University

Actually I don't know where to start from, so I'll try to explain it all, I'm a 20 year Old from Egypt whose life is 90% damaged , i mean i really want to start learning Game Designing ,it's my dream job to be a game Designer, but the college i want to attend is out of egypt , i have all the requirments of application except the money for it, the money that the college wants is approxiametly 7500$ which means 1500$ per year , it's really hard to make money in egypt because 1.The 1 U.S.D = 17.86 Egyptian pounds and Egypt doesnt support the youth who are trying to collect money, i have a full time job in an internet cafe (the only job i found) i get 600 Egyptian pounds in month so( you do the math) it's literally impossible to get the money i need + my mother is always abusing me so i leave home too many times ,when i do that i sleep in the cafe and what i save i start to spend just to eat and live like a regular person!

sorry for this too much talking , it may seem not worth it for you but this money will really be a life changing for me, i dont want to be a person whose life started and ended without anybody knowing about it i want to be something in that field!

i have dignity really that's why i hesitated about typing this for a whole month! so probably i may just wipe it out in the end but i need it so much
