Funding for my mom eyes

My mom is almost blind and can get help from overseas, but we do not have the money for this. I am the only bread winner in our house hold and my mom and dad is both pensioners. My mom eyes gets worse everyday, and today I heard about this funding campaign. I really need help for her to see again, this is bad for her, she is struggling to get use to not seeing and can not do things for herself. This is sometimes getting to my dad because he must do all the things, like household, shopping, paying bills, making food etc. He is 72 years old and his strength is taking off. I need help for money to help my mom see again, please?
