Funding for bowel cancer

Hello, I’m an 18 year old male. I am a full time student, and looking on going university very soon. I was diagnosed with stage 3 bowel. I was perfectly fine until I started coughing blood occasionally, but I thought it was nothing serious. However I soon starting pooping blood which caused me to start worrying. I went to the hospital and the doctor asked me about my medical history, symptoms and also examined my back passage.The doctor also wanted to examined the rest of my bowel with a colonoscopy. The doctor told me that I needed to pay £2100 for the operation. Which I was very confused about as I did not have the money. I asked for finance options, because I was a student they offered to lower it to £2000. I really got angry about he whole thing but there was nothing I could do. The operation is scheduled to be on 11/11/15 and through family and close friends I have been able to raise £700. I went back to the hospital a couple days ago and asked another doctor if there was any possible way he could help me. After telling him the situation he said that he could not. My parents knelt down and begged for help and eventually he said he would donate £300. I have applied for several bank loans, but I have been declined each time. My parents took out a £12,000 bank loan 2 years ago for a business, and I believe they are still paying it back. They had to close the business down since I was helping them with the rent at the time. I’ve gone to the city a couple of times to ask people for help and every single person ignored me and wanted nothing to do with me. This really broke my heart. There is nothing I can do anymore beyond asking you guys for help, and the best way to go about it. I really hope someone can help me out on what to do.
