Funding for a new car

Hello i'm trying to raise money for a new car to get back and forth to work and start school,my current car is in bad shape and needs a ton of work and i cant afford to fix it and take care of my disabled mother as well.she was in a car accident that has made her unable to work or much of anything else.Her boyfriend tryed to kill her in the car by hitting a tree at 50 mph.so i'm trying to get a nice reliable car for work, school, and to take her to all her doctors appts.
