Funding attendance to One Young World Hague

Hi everyone I am very passionate about my country, Trinidad and Tobago but unfortunately we are plagued with poverty, crime and social injustices. As always, I work endlessly to be the change I hope to see in my still beautiful country through feeding the homelessness, projects to create hope for the less fortunate and usage of resources as efficiently as possible to help those in need.

The purpose of this request comes for the upcoming One Young World Conference to Netherlands in October 17th- 20th this year. The conference brings young leaders from 190 countries across the world to debate, devise and collaborate on innovative solutions to the world’s most pressing issues such as Poverty Alleviation, Education, Leadership, Peace and Reconciliation. Following the summit, all delegates become one young world ambassadors from which they can work on their own initiative or lend the power of the network to existing projects. SInce 2010, 14.6 million people have been positively impacted by ambassador led initiatives.

It is my hope that I can further my knowledge and network at the One Young World Conference to help my country of Trinidad and Tobago in the afromentioned issues. I do appreciate the time and effort given to consider this opportunity. Cost for entry and stay alone at the summit comes to $3,255 pounds. This does not include airfare and such.
