Fund the Free Rendering Computers

What is this? How does it work?

Some designers/artists/producers/hobbyists/individuals often create small-to-mid-sized video/animation/3D projects but they do not have/cannot afford a computer with good enough hardware to render the projects. Here's where we come in - we thought we could help by providing a FREE rendering service, as long as they do not use their rendered output for commercial purposes. We will build higher-end, more capable computers to render their projects for them. They can send us the project, we will render it according to the output/export settings they specified and send the rendered output back to them when it's done.

Note:

1.The rendering computer will be available 24/7, unless maintenance(such as software update) is required.

2. Initially, we will support projects from the latest versions of: After Effects, 3dsmax, Blender.

What we need

Our first rendering computer will be ready to serve shortly if we are able to gather $1700. This amount can allow us to build a great computer with 6 CPU cores and 16GBs of RAM. Two months of electricity charges for the computer, and the GoGetFunding commission charges for this crowdfunding campaign are also included. We will keep seeking donations as the free rendering service operates. All donations will be used carefully in these 3 areas: Paying for the electric bill of the rendering computers, building new rendering computers, performing hardware maintenance.

We hope to build more and more rendering computers as we keep getting funded along the way.
