Fund saving for moving out

Dear all, thanks for viewing my post. I am currently seeking help in fundraising to plan for moving out to get a HDB flat in about 4 years time which I will be eligible to get my own housing, my younger brother will be following me.

We do not have a father and we gave a long thoughts that we cannot keep relying on our mother to support us, which we will be taking our own steps to move out and start our own life. My health is also not in a good state. Diagnose as severe OSA (increased rate of death during sleep), and breathing problems due to allergic rhinitis which develop complication like asthma. Relying on higher cost range medication like prednisone, nasonex, ventolin, telfast D.

Which my current worry is due to I have to rely on the medications for life which I am not sure how long my body can last for working long hours job, also worry for my job will be lost due to health problems and most of my saving go to consultation of doctors and medication, I wish to raise a fund progressively for this 4 years long - fund raising to help when its the time for us to get our own HDB. Both me and my brother salary add up not more than 3.5k before deducting CPF. After CPF deduction you guys can imagine how much we get back in cash.
