From Jonah’s Family, Friends and Colleagues

Jonah's life journey has inspired us and makes us want to be like her, as a daughter, sister, mother to John and Eli, colleague, and friend.

We have witnessed how she treats everyone with pure love, care, and tenderness. She has always been selfless and optimistic. She is a caring individual who sees the best in everyone and treats them with kindness and compassion.

Jonah has always been a blessing in our lives, and most of us wouldn't be where we are or who we are without her guidance; she has impacted our lives significantly.

We are all heartbroken when we learned about her condition; how could someone like Jonah go through this? However, we believe that God has plans for her and that this will only strengthen her faith. She has a loving family and friends who will be there to help, support, and pray for her full recovery.

Jonah's story has yet to be written, and besides, we believe she will continue to be a blessing and an inspiration to others.

Her family, friends, and coworkers still needs her to be the ray of sunshine that she is, hear her life advices without judgment, and to still be able to feel her warmth and love.

We humbly request additional financial assistance to cover necessary lab tests, check-ups, surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation to ensure her full recovery and survival of this battle.

This is our chance to repay Jonah for everything she has done for us!

From Elsie, Jasmine and Tin (Jonah’s Sisters)

In life, we all have our dreams. In our case, all our dreams seem to all be possible and achievable especially when we talk to our "ate" (elder sister). To her, with HARDWORK, PERSEVERANCE AND FAITH, EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE!

Whenever I go through stress at work, I would always think of all the things my "ate"would say to me and immediately I would feel relieved!

She also has many advices and 'real talk' when it comes to our family problems. She would always remind us that no matter how hard life can be, at the end of the day we are still blessed. She would ALWAYS SEE THE SILVERLINING on all the darkest situations.

Our "ate" is whom I can say "THE WIND BENEATH MY WINGS". They always say that everyone has someone in life that they can always look up to and they can always rely on ~ and for us that our "ate",

She is a fighter ~ when she had Kuya John (her eldest who has autism), we saw how she surpassed all the big challenges of having a child with special needs. Now, Kuya John is very independent, loving and always reliable... a GENTLE GIANT that WE ALL LOVE!

And when we get to know of her condition, it has really saddened us especially when we felt her PAIN when she shared the news to us ~ where she felt GOD has given her yet another hurdle in life. Despite all of this ate, we know in your heart you know the answer ~ GOD WILL NOT FORSAKE WHO IS SO DEAR TO HIM. Nothing is impossible with prayers, love, and courage ~ You are not alone, and WE WILL WIN THIS BATTLE!!!

Please help us fight for our "ate", we are many who love her dearly and needs her, for us to be able to continue to fly and her to be "our wind".
