Campaign Story
Hello, my name is Renz Homer S. Arreola, the youngest of Cesar L. Arreola, who unexpectedly passed away on March 30, 2019, after a 24-hour emergency confinement at the Tri-City then later at the Rizal Medical Center for high blood pressure and liver complications.
As some of you may know my Papa, he was a dedicated father, husband, and provider. A generous person at heart, with a gift of service. Definitely not a perfect father, but his love for us, his sons, was perfect - a glimpse of our Heavenly Father’s love which is immeasurable! My Papa could have continued working overseas when we were little - for “greener pastures,” but chose instead to be home with us, and has dedicated himself in helping us get a good education. Our welfare was always his top priority at the expense of his own wellbeing; for even in the remaining few hours of his life, he refused, and insisted, not to be hospitalized, to avoid medical bills that will be borne by us later.
I have started this fundraising campaign to cover Papa’s funeral and other end of life expenses, as well as three months’ worth of obligations that he unexpectedly left behind, until my brother and myself, together with our mother, could get our bearing together to takeover these obligations which include our family home.
Thank you in advance for your generosity and may God’s principle of harvest be upon all of you:
“Give and it shall be given unto you. A good measure – pressed down, shaken together, and running over! For by your standard measure, it will be measured to you in return.” Luke 6:38
My Papa is now in God’s presence, and we give God praise! No harm or evil can ever touch him again. No more sorrow nor tear, as the Lord has promised: “He will wipe away every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.” Revelation 21:4.This is God’s promise and we ALL, as God’s children, through our Lord Jesus Christ, can take comfort in this TRUTH.
