Fund raising-Chemotherapy Treatment for Jerwin Cabigayan

Hi Everyone,

During this Covid-19 Pandemic we faced a situation that my family never could've imagined. One of our nephew Al Jerwin Cabigayan 16 years of age residing at Dinagat San Jose, Surigao del Norte, is now diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. We are saddened by this news but we also thanks to our Almighty God that this kind of Cancer is curable through Chemotherapy that can last for 2 years.

The only main source of income that supports his situation is his mother. His mother is a widow, who is currently working in Dubai. Her income is enough for daily needs of their family here in the Philippines.

We are humbly requesting for your support for Al Jerwin Cabigayan's fast recovery. He has so much vision in life and dreams to achieve and we want to witness it. Any form of donations is highly appreciated and a big help for his treatment.
