Help Tito Ruben with Hospital & Medical Expenses

Ruben Nuestro, 80, a loving husband and father to his wife and 4 children. He is also a caring grandfather to his 5 grandchildren.

Ruben was rushed to Unihealth-Southwoods Hospital last November 11, 2019 due to difficulty in breathing and was confined in ICU (Intensive Care Unit) for close monitoring.

Since his confinement, he has undergone numerous tests and operations. They have inserted a tube through his mouth (Endotracheal Intubation) and connected him to a respirator to help him breathe. One of his surgeries was to clean up dried blood in his stomach due to Abdominal Hematoma. Blood transfusion was done thereafter. Doctors saw that he developed leasions in his throat because of the intubation so he was scheduled last December 8 for a Tracheostomy (surgically making a hole on the neck and into trachea) to prevent more wounds and infection. He had blood transfusion again right after because of the bleeding caused by the surgery. Being in the hospital for quite some time now, he also developed pneumonia.

Due to the hospital and medical expenses piling up, I decided to put up this fund raisier to help my cousins and especially Tito Ruben. Your kind donations will surely give him hope and a chance to be with his family longer.
