Fund Needed for startup new business and also help some family to give them proper work

Hello,my all friends, I am Abhishek Chaudhury FROM INDIA, I want to start up a business of disposal items ( paper cup, paper Napkins,etc), and the project cost for my this business idea- 10000 us dollars.

I belongs from an undeveloped area and a very low middle class family, where any kind of work probability are so struggling,so I thought if I do something from myself then my family and some family of my village would be comfortable than the present situation, I do something for my villegers whose are suffering through a strugglity every day due to get proper job regular basis.

So for my this step I needed some financial help, so if I got some help (approx 10000 us dollars), then I will done my project in reality...
