Fund my Professional Development

Hi there, I'm Jon, i'm 30, married with one child and a dog and no professional qualifications to my name... I'd like to change this last point and achieve a professional internationally recognised qualification in the learning and development industry. Have you ever been that person that people just don't ever give a chance? Have you ever been that person that feels like they really could make a difference if someone would let them?
