Fund my Masters

For almost 1 year I have been not able to find a new job since it has become very competitive. Hence, I would like to do a Masters in Financial Economics. I have been wanting to do the graduate program for a long time but have not been able to raise the 10 thousand dollars required to pay the tuition since I do not have an income and cannot get a loan from a Bank.
