FUND MY HOME CHARITY DREAM- DIALYSIS, HOME SCHOOLING, SENIORS ACCOMMODATION, SOUP KITCHEN

I am born and bred in Malaysia and I am working as a Head of

Marketing for an online website.

TO FULFILL MY GIVE BACK TO SOCIETY plan, I need to procure this
property which has good space and rooms to FULFILL a long term
dream about giving back to Society.

I am currently renting this property but the owner now has decided to
sell it and if i were to buy it, i need to pay by June 2019. I only have USD 100,000 of my own money and need i need USD350,000 more...to procure this property....

I have REALISTIC DREAMS for this property..Hence , I am sending out this SOS to plead all of you to kindly FUND ME for this cause below:

The property will hold the following:

1. HEMODIALYSIS SERVICE - One room downstairs to be converted into a Dialysis Space to load in up to 3 machines and this service will be provided free to the low to middle income community here. I am sourcing other funds for the cost of the machines - Note this statistics - According to statistics from National Kidney Foundation Malaysia, there are 38,157 kidney patients who needed dialysis treatment as at March last year and that number was expected to increase to 43,000 by the end of the year. The average cost of treatment for each patient is more than RM25,000 a year.(2017 report)

2. FREE HOME SCHOOLING -Another 2 rooms will be utilised for Home schooling- there are 2 teachers using their own homes currently. Plan is to use these rooms which are equipped with teaching tools and get students to come and no charges except a small fee for the teachers- retired ladies. I am talking to local community associations to fund the cost of the teachers.
Note - In a study on homeschooling in Malaysia by researchers from Universiti Tun Hussein Onn and University Tunku Abdul Rahman in 2015, 5,000 children were estimated to be homeschooled in the country and the number was steadily growing.

3. FREE ROOM & BOARD -- FOR SENIOR CITIZENS -One room downstairs will be provided free for accommodation purposes purely for Senior citizens- who may suddenly lose their home due to either been estranged from the family or due to a fire or any unforeseen circumstance. This is also for seniors whose children are going away for a trip or work for a week or 2 weeks. The families ONLY pay for cost of food on a daily a basis. The room will be FREE of CHARGE- up to max 2 weeks. Plus there will be one trained medical assistant to administer medication if need be.

4. MEDITATION VENUE - The living space area will be opened to Religious organisation or any club or group across Faith - as a venue to hold strictly Meditation classes or even yoga for a limited number of up to 10 people at any one time.

5. SOUP KITCHEN CONCEPT VENUE- The space on ground floor will be utilised as a SOUP KITCHEN venue to feed either Senior Citizens in the area who can't cook or staying on their own and also there are 3 orphanages within this 5km radius community. Aim is do this on weekly basis and same time introduce these individuals to the above services and how they can contribute back to the society.

The above is my PLAN for 2019....Plan 3,4, & 5 will be up and running within 3 months should the house be procured.
Plan 1 & 2 will require some planning and hence an additional 3 months will be required to kick it off.
