Fund for the Less Fortunate Neighbors

This campaign is not for myself nor for my family. This is for a family settling in our lot (land owned by our family). This family is considered to be less fortunate because they don't even have their own lot to build their house. The parents can't even provide cellular phones for their children who will be starting their high school classes this coming September 13. They started to build their house in our lot but because of lack of funds they couldn't finish it, they can't even get electricity connection.

This neighbor that we have do have 5 children, two of them as what I mentioned, are already in High School and during this time of the pandemic, schools do have what we call the online learning, where students need to have smartphones in order to cope up with the very challenging teaching-learning process.

Both parents do not have a permanent job, because sad to say the father did not finish his studies in high school, he is an elementary graduate and it is hard for him to look for a full time job. He works part time, cleaning other people's backyard. On the other hand the mother works in a water refilling station. As far as I know her daily wage is only 200 pesos a day. She only works twice a week.

Right now, we already let the oldest child to stay with us, yes, this is a small act but will definitely help them especially in their basic needs, particularly in their food allowance. We belong to average family and our income is only right for our daily needs so even though we really like to help them, it is also hard for us.

What concerns me right now is their house that needs to be finished and to have electricity connection and of course the gadgets for their children who really need to have for their schooling.

I am looking forward for people with a generous and helping hands. I know this will make a difference in their lives and this will be for their future.
