I am asking for medical help for my wifes Open Heart Surgery-Valve Replacement, my wife suffered stroke also and shes paralized. We have 3 lovely kids, ages 9, 5 and 3, I am working as Job Order worker in the local Government unit here in Matnog, myy salary is not enough to finance may wifes surgery, She needs to undergoe an open heart surgery immediately.
