I initially wrote the book using Scrivener , and then transferred it to a double - spaced Microsoft word document. As the name suggests it talks about mild and common phobias that we some of us have faces , are facing or maybe that people who we know have dealt with . over 200 Phobias are mentioned.

With ±250 pages with a A4 - like paperback size to read I am sure you will be educated about phobias you may have even come across. The book acts as a guide not a 'solve all my problems guru book'. Trust me when I say it mind blowing and will definitely help you overcome some of your fears.

I simply chose Scrivener because it let me create lots of pieces of text and rearrange them into chapters as I saw fit. Research behind the publishing the book involved listening to AudioBooks on Audible on books on similar topics. Approximately I need $300 0 to publish ±500
