Hat for Cause

I, Ma. Brendalyn Munoz, posting this letter to seek financial help for my mother's hospitalization. My mother, Marilyn Munoz, aged 56, is diagnosed with Severe Hypothyroidism and Lupus Cerebritis. She's still unstable and has been admitted to Adventist Medical Center, Pasay City since February 18.

Our family has no means of anything to defray these current situations, due to financial problems and limited resources caused by this pandemic we faced and we cannot secure the hospital bills due to financial constraints. Being admitted to the hospital, in my mother's condition, needs further laboratory tests and medicines and it requires a serious amount of money and we are taking every opportunity, we would have to be able to support our mother's condition.

We are knocking on your kind hearts because at this moment, we are still in need of a large fund to support her medications, laboratory tests, and hospital bills. I genuinely appreciate any financial assistance or guarantee you could extend to my mother's hospitalization.
