Fund For Justice

Please help me and my grandkids get reunited with their mother. My daughter was working part time and going to school at the same time and she fell asleep one night after putting her 3 kids to bed . The kids got up and went on to the balcony and started throwing things over the balcony . Some passerbys called the police and went to my daughter's unit and got the kids off the balcony and then the children was taken by the Toronto Children's Aid Society because of the incident and to this date we have been fighting in court for over 3 years to get her kids backwith no success and now we need money to pay for the appeal of a lowercourt decision to make the kids a ward of the society and then the society can adopt them out to strangers and we will never see these kids again. My daughter had another baby last year and the society came and took that baby away too stating that they are concerned that she will fall asleep again with the baby and she never got a chance to parent her child at all. I believe the incident with the kids on the balcony was very serious and could have ended disastrous but the penalty for the incident that could have happened to anyone is really too much and she doesn't deserve this and deserves a second chance. She collapsed about a month ago because of the toll and the stress this has had on her being without her kids and having her baby taken from her at birth. This is really hard for me to deal with because it's happening in Canada. A country that has a charter of rights and freedoms yet all her rights are being violated and we are seeking help to fight back. we have used up all our resources and don'tknow where to turn. Canada is a democratic country yet thes things are happening and our government and other political figures will not respond or intervene on her behalf nor mine or the kids. Her daughter recently was molested while in the foster home and she can't do nothing about it. We need funding to get a good lawyer please help her and us. My daughter is getting sicker everyday cause she misses her children and she has no will to live without them. she has all kinds of health issues now because of this situation. I used all my money to pay for the lawyer, travel costs ,and private assessments and to help herwith her bills and rent and food and now I'm out of money and she is facing eviction in 2 weeks. Please help us,thank you.
