Hi Everyone,
We are in need of financial assistance for our friend named Jaycee Diaz who's currently at Philippine Heart Center as of now due to his Open Heart Surgery last May 21, 2018. He needs at least 300,000 php or 6,000 USD in order to get discharge at the said hospital.
He was diagnosed having a Rheumatic Heart Disease and Mitral Valve Replacement.
Jaycee is only 28 years of old and has 2 sons.
