Costa Rica dental care for children

Dear World,

We are a group of young general and specialized dentists with an office in Escazú, Costa Rica. We are passionate about dentistry but what fulfill us the most is helping and drawing a SMILE on each and every patient in our community. We are constantly looking to provide dental aid to people in need all around our country.

We provide basic dental assistance to communities with no access to dental care and without money to buy a single toothbrush. Please help us improve the health of many children and families in under-serviced areas of Costa Rica.

We will contribute to offer general dental services to support needy communities and actively participate in the following areas:

• prophylaxis and fluoride treatments
• preventive dentistry
• teaching and educating patients on proper cleaning and flossing techniques
• fillings,
• sealants
• extractions
• dentures

And any other treatment we are able to provide.

As you can imagine, dental costs are high, even having professionals willing to help, we are not able to do so without basic dental materials such as: dental supplies, cotton rolls, flouride, suction tips, composite and adhesives, burs, sterilization chemicals and bags and so on.

Right now, we hire a mobile dental unit to reach those in need, but we hope in a near future with all your help, be able buy a unit to be available whenever our people need it.
