I just had my hair fixed by JCARL SALON and they are really good. They will sit down and talk to you on how to treat your hair right and what they are going to do. For now they just offer hair rebonding and hair color for they don't have any budget yet to buy equipment that costs a lot. Even for 3yrs of business they still haven't put up much to buy for it. It's a waste not to help these people when they do a great job doing what they can to pamper their customers. Help me in changing their lives by giving a brand new beginning to a new chapter of their salon!
