FOUNDATION

Character Enrichment Courses:
Will teach fundamental Morals, Strong Principles and Beneficial Values & Beliefs through a 7-week Character Building Workshop.

Personality Refinement Courses:
Will improve People Skills, Awareness Levels and Overall Confidence through a 7-week Personality Refinement Program coupled with additional Supporting Sessions and Group Interactions.

Emotional Management Courses:
Will increase Mental Energy, Physical Wellness and Spiritual Soundness through various Meditation, Relaxation & Visualization Techniques; Including a 7-week Anger Management Program.

EDUCATION

Basic Rights Demystified Seminar:
Will cover Common Myths & Misconceptions about a Citizens', non-Citizens' and a Felons' Basic Rights' as an American.

Reality Check Presentation:
Will highlight practical ways to Acknowledge, Adjust, Adapt and Evolve to Contemporary Social Circumstances & Situations while maintaining Personal Autonomy, Authenticity and Integrity as a Felon Operating in Society.

Clubs, Networks & Opportunities
Awareness Session:
Will begin to introduce a broad menu of Personal Growth, Development & Fellowship Services, Support Groups, Organizations, Clubs, Associations and other forms of Networking Opportunities and Resources.

LOVE

Non-Violent Communication Course:
Will teach the fundamental principles of Marshall Rosenberg's "Nonviolent Communication" process for supporting partnership and resolving conflict within people, in relationships, and in society.

Compassion & Empathy Training:
Will strive to instill a greater sense of "Other" and understanding for the misunderstood and suffering. This training session is focused around developing a "3rd Person Perspective" of the world.

The Art of Forgiveness Presentation:
Will touch upon the necessary elements of how to TRULY forgive yourself and others, as well as how to RECEIVE forgiveness from those who offer it.

OPPORTUNITY

The Land of Opportunity Presentation:
Will cover most modern Community Resources, Employment Opportunities, Higher Learning Paths, Certification Courses, Clubs, Associations and various other Resources and Benefits available upon release.

Toastmasters International Awareness Session:
Will explain and highlight all the benefits of becoming a member of the International Non-Profit Communication & Leadership Organization, "Toastmasters International" for EXPLOSIVE personal growth opportunities!

NAVIGATION

Personal Defined SUCCESS Plan Workshop:
Will cover everything from: Creating a Personal Mission Statement to getting well-defined and refined in ALL seven major Life Domains (Recreation, Education, Financial, Family, Spiritual, Community and Career).

Employment Preparation Program:
Will teach each Beneficiary the importance of Personal Presentation when actively seeking employment. Resume Building, Interviewing Techniques, Job v.s. Career Awareness, The Application Process, Following up with Prospective Employers, and more...
