Full Mouth Reconstruction & Rehab

Growing up I have always had weak brittle teeth. No matter what I did to make them stronger, but nothing help. In my younger years, I was 'butchered' by dentists that caused more damage than good. I had braces to try and help my teeth but this didn't work. This too caused further damage. We did not come from wealth with only one person working which limited me from seeing a specialist for further assistance, so this also didn't help my issue.

30 years down the line I now sit with a Level 4 situation in my mouth. I only have front teeth. I use these to eat. Of the front teeth, some of them are temporary teeth to help me chew for the time being. I struggle to chew properly and also take a very long time to eat my meals. I am constantly prone to muscle spasms in my jaw due to all the long chewing. All this has worn my jaw bone and I am unable to get dentures because there is no bone for the dentures to sit on. I need build up the funds to get a full mouth rehabilitation. With me not being able to chew properly, I am swallowing food that is not digested properly which in turn is causing major bloating and digestive issues.

This is also causing issues with my work environment as when I meet new or existing clients I have to avoid smiling or laughing due to the horrible state of my teeth and smile.

The only way to "fix" this issue is to go for an operation where they will remove the leftover teeth and insert dental implants. The idea is not to add an implant for every tooth as the costs associated with it is extremely high. They will be adding about 9 implants and build up teeth from those implants.

Unfortunately, the health system in South Africa does not cover these costs and the private health care system is extremely expensive. I need to have this done soonest as I am not sure how much longer my front teeth will hold.
