Fulfilling A Child’s Dream

Teachers, Policemen and Nurses are just some of the dreams that the children from Brgy. Calampitao daycare center aspire to be. Barangay Calampitao is the first barangay in the town of Miag-ao, Iloilo with farming as the primary source of livelihood.The children of these farmers go to the Barangay Daycare center since they cannot afford private pre-schools.

However, the condition of the daycare center is not good. The roof is leaking, the walls need repainting, the door does not have a knob, the cabinet is worn out, the blackboard is no longer functional and additional instructional materials are needed to facilitate the learnings of the children. Despite these hindering conditions, the children still strive to be diligent in their schooling.

Let’s help the children of Brgy. Calampitao renovate their school and help them fulfill their dreams.
