Fulfill My Dreams of Pursuing My M.A Studies in Japan

My name is Sevan Anabi. I'm 27 years old from Iraq, currently residing in Jordan due to the conflict in my country. I love learning languages in general and have a bachelor degree in English language & Translation from The University of Petra in Amman - Jordan.

I have been studying Japanese language since years and I always wanted to go to Japan to pursue my master studies and fulfill my dreams of becoming a better person with a decent job to support my family, and especially to let my mother rest from work as she worked all her life to raise me and my elder brother and sister.

The chance has finally come after a lot document preparations. And as expected, money was the problem. Since I am an Iraqi person, I cannot work officially here in Jordan unless I have a work permit, and to get one here for an Iraqi is nearly impossible and needs some... relations. Many Iraqis work illegally here, but I didn't want to risk being caught and thrown out of Jordan. So I couldn't save some money for my future plans.

My father who is married to anther woman couldn't help me when he heard that I got accepted to study in Japan.
Some close people also turned away and some didn't stand to their words of helping me.

We managed to borrow about 9000 dollars from many people; relatives and family friends. My main goal for when I arrive to Japan is to start working and pay back the borrowed money. It's a hard process, but that's life for you.

I would be so happy if you guys out there who can manage to donate some of your money to support my future. I want to prove to myself that I wasn't wrong to take this dangerous step of going alone to a foreign country with a little amount money. And I want to prove to those who helped me that their choice was right. And above all this, I want to make my mother proud of her younger son.
