Fuel to one’s passion in content creation

Hello everyone, my name is Keano Lehryns Jimeno. For years I have dreamt of having my own personal computer in hopes of pursuing video editing, music production or even online streaming. I have watched so many streamers since 2013. I have always been fascinated in video editing, the way you conjure creative ideas for transitions, captions and colors struck me beautifully. With music production, I am no musician but the way music producers make music with just one sound sparked a passion I never knew I had. I have been watching so many tutorials in youtube (since these are free) even if I can't do it yet, but I'm preparing myself if ever I have my own laptop rigged for editing I have prior knowledge already. I am an IT graduate, I had my first laptop in my college years ( a hand-me-down from my father's former work) before but because of the low specs I forced myself to edit videos (projects and assignments) with lag, application crashing and with a lot of delay in audio and video rendering. It didn't matter to me as long as I can see the results of the effort that I put into my work.

Now that the pandemic struck almost every part of the world (including where I live right now), We have been struggling to keep ourselves fed, to keep our families afloat with whatever work we can get. I was born in an average family, we live in my grandma's house, we have meals 3 times a day, we survive. I am currently working now but the money that I make is enough for my family to have food on the table and to pay the bills (since my dad took an early retirement and my mother can't work anymore due to her condition). It has been years and my passion is still on fire but I don't have the means to spark and initiate the fire in me. I am at a loss and as well frustrated as I cannot seem to make my passion come true.

To anyone who reads and sees this... I hope, that you find it reasonable enough in your heart to help me in my quest to fuel my passion. If you do, I will forever engrave it in my heart and memory and will try to personally thank you in any way possible.

I searched online for any laptop that I think can handle the workload of my passion. The name's Acer Nitro 5, I searched for the price but it varies with whatever specs it has. I decided to put that target amount whether I can reach it or not with your help, I will still thrive to add up on whatever amount I can gather (with my work and maybe some other sideline I can get during this trying times) before the end date of this personal fundraiser I have made, this is my first time to do this (and hopefully my last). I will place a sample of a video I have edited for the school that I work for that they required me to do a 1 minute video, I admit I am not good but I am finding ways to broaden my knowledge.
