Stats SA also shows that the face of poverty in our country is Black, African, Female is that of children below the age of of 17 and mainly those without education. There are 2.7 million young people aged 15-34 who are neither studying nor working half of them not completed Grade 12 and are unemployable, unless they receive some kind of training. Close to 60%of them are in long term term unemployment. They have never worked and have lost hope .These are the young people who depend on their grandmothers' pension and their children's social grant for survival.
From zero to hero aim to provide necessary skills, training and funding to all youth entrepreneurs in the communities and also create entrepreneur awareness. The aim is to change lives to those who have lost hope, to reduce the number of employment.
