I recently found a stray kitten, roughly 1-2 months old, abandoned by her mother, all alone. No food, No shelter, No protection.

Her little leg had been run over by what I'm assuming was a bicycle/trolley type thing and was broken in more than one place. The wound was infected with maggots.
Yet through all of that, when I called her, she came to me and still wanted to play. Through all the pain, she managed to trust that I wouldn't hurt her more.

She is now at the vet, getting the infection treated, surgeries, x-rays and more. All the treatment that costs more than it should.

Probably a hundred people walked past that kitten everyday, maybe a handful of them stopped to stare or toss some leftover food towards her. None of them, tried to do something to help.

This is just one case of the very many that exist all around me. So I request everyone, to find it in your heart to make a donation for this little kitten or any of the cats and dogs in the street.

I am eternally grateful to anyone willing to donate for this cause. It means a great deal to be able to save them from dying on the street at least to get them neutered and return to a safe location.

I do not have the heart to walk past an injured animal, even if its their last breath, I'll give them more love than they've had their whole lives in that last minute than just let them suffer. They never lose hope in us, they always trust us, and yet, the world can sometimes be cruel to them.
