Fritterbox, a Jamaican inspired organic restaurant that specializes in Fritters, combos, homemade juices, healthy shakes and specialty sauces, was formed to cater to the family and the working class. It was born out of a vision to share a real traditional Jamaican staple that has been a part of many homes for generations. To combine creativity and traditional and bring forth a unique offering, whether chosen for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Funding has been the #1 challenge for us. We've gotten this far using personal funds and a handful of early investors. That stream has dried up. We are unable to hire new staff needed and we have not been able to set up a proper marketing/promotion campaign thus far. We got a really great location at a really great price. Above all the customers have shown us that they love and appreciate the products Fritterbox has to offer.
