Friendly young man needs surgery

Amazing and wonderful friend in need of surgery. The doctors said he has Pyelonephritis, which means kidney infection and has been in the hospital since he was diagnosed. We have no other place to raise the money than on gogetfunding. Please help us save a dying friend who has a lot of life ahead of him.
