Campaign Story
My name is Suchiphorn, but for my customers I use the more easy name ‘Gift’ I am the owner of a small Travel tour company in Bangkok. I organized and offered individual tours for small groups in Bangkok and around Thailand. My customers came from all over the world and I really loved my work and taking care of my clients.
I always tried to let them meet local people, young and old. It was always nice to see how people from different parts of the world can be brought together by a smile.
Then suddenly it was all over for me. Because of the Covid-19 pandemic Thailand shut it’s borders and people can’t come anymore to my country.
I know many people in the world suffer because of this pandemic and I hope they all will get help and support.
My government does not give any support to small and local business. I lost all sources of income and till now I could manage somehow to survive from savings.
But this is almost all gone now and I am desperate. Beside my life I also have to support my parents and uncle, who all depend on me.
The future which once looked bright now is uncertain and I need help. That’s why I ask you for your support. To do this is not easy for me, but at the moment I don’t know what else I can do.
Any amount will help me and my family a lot.
I hope this terrible crisis will be over soon and we all can get back the life we used to have.

Dear David & Sue, Thank you very much for your kindness and all kind of wishes for me and my country. Yes, your donation is much help me and my family. And right now Thailand still ban all commercial flights from any countries till the end of June 2020. So I do hope that the tourism in my country will recovered in the near future even I don’t know when. 🙏🙏❤🙏🙏 Hope to see you again in one day.

We hope you are managing well. I believe Thailand is doing well and number of cases is rising very slowly or hardly at all. But I fear it will be some while before you get the tourists coming back.
