Friendly Stray Cat

Its been a week already, and there is a feral cat who keeps coming back to our house. He is very friendly that at times he sits on our laps and sleeps. But he has lots of fleas and some bald skin patches. We feed him with our leftover food. Eventually, he has attempted a lot of times to go inside our house. So we placed a box outside and he has been recently sleeping there at night. He sometimes goes out during daytime, and returns when he feels like it. He doesnt get along with other cats. He fights off all other cats that would pasttime in our house. We stop the fights when we see one because we think thats where his other wounds are from. These days, he hasnt really been active, and just sleeps a lot. He also doesnt leave his box that much and he keeps on sneezing.

We would just like to take him to the vet to be taken care of. But were just students (my brother and I) and cant really afford anything. We can just give him a share of our food. We cant really provide for his well being and shelter. He is just too good to not be taken care of. Were just trying to ask if there is anyone that would be willing to help this cat.
