I am a proud mother of 3 that started a small air drying business out of a room in the house . To help support my family and teach my girls that woman can do anything they set their minds to. So Consentrating on fruits and vegetables. My little business soon grew to the point where i managed to buy a freeze dryer. Freeze dried foods from meat to whole meals are quickly getting popular in South Africa with the power being unpredictable and farmers unďe pressure they have started food stock piling .1 small machine turned into 2 . Now even with 2 the waiting period on the freeze dried foods are still 14 to 21 days . That clients are waiting. If one machine stops 4 hours later it starts up again. With the funding i am hoping to import a bigger machine and get a small premises that would make it easier and the proses faster. I have approached outdoor and camping business that agreed to sell our freeze dried foods aswell as the South African Millitary. We have a current customer base of over 300 south South african farming house holds. With a bigger machine and a dedicated premises prices will be lower . That would make freeze dried products in South Africa more affordable for everyone.

Please help me in growing my business from a small home business to a business that can not just help but secure food in the form of healthy foods with a shelf life of 10 years + for all South Africans.
