Freeway Ministries Recovery Home

Freeway Ministries is a Recovery Home based in Cape Town which offers a recovery and work integration program for men battling with drug & alcohol abuse and other forms of addiction. Founded in August of 2017, we provide them with a faith based recovery program, tools and skills training that gives them the direction and foundation to begin a sustainable, productive re-integration back into society. We also provide a job integration program which provides men with the skills and training they need to become self sufficient.

We are passionate about seeing men freed from their addiction, restored back into society and finding their place alongside God. We have countless success stories over the last year and seen 25 men freed from the ravishes of their addiction. Through our 12 Step program, counselling and faith studies, individuals have restored relationships with their spouses, children and extended families. They have found jobs and a new purpose in life.

Freeway is a Non Profit Organization that relies completely on donations to keep it going. We are looking to raise funds to purchase the house and do various refurbishments to the facility. This alongside covering the ever increasing food and logistics costs of running the home. The expenses are high and we need all the help we can get to not only ensure we can keep the house going but also provide these men with a new hope and uplift the surrounding communities ravished by substance abuse.
