Hi,  I am raising money to develop my needs based freelancing website.  My website is currently on happyhire.net. I want to turn this into THE place for both freelancers and employers to reach out to for both small and large projects. What makes it different? Firstly, there will be seamless video and chat integration that is currently not present on any of the major sites like Elance or Odesk. This helps to clarify a lot doubts and removes half of the trouble associated with hiring freelancers - a reason why many people want to stay away. Secondly, there will be an option to trade needs. Do you need a marketing strategy? No problem, I can do it, but help me with my SEO as well. We can trade the skills in which we are good at - cut through the bargianing hassle, and deliver real felt value to each other. Think - how many potentially world-changing ambitions will be realized through this simple mechanism. All with top-notch design and functionality, including a free skills training centre and paid personal coaching programme. I want to create an online community, where you can address your whole life cycle: potentially expanding into credit and lending as well - through one site.  Why should you get invovled? Well it is going to benefit the people that use it in numerous ways. This includes you. Also, right now there is mass unemployment across the developed world, which this site helps to mitigate. There are also hundreds of children starving in the developing countries. Once the costs of the website (all receipts posted on the webpage) are recovered, the rest will be partially invested in official development projects conducted by NGOs in rural India, Africa and even developed countries. The projects funded will be displayed on the webpage, and the pages of the associated organizations: including Total Physio Care (Bangalore, India), Self Employed Women's Assocation (Gujarat, India) and Pratham (India) to name a few. Total Physio Care have treated thousands of rural folk across india through free health camps, for diseases including malaria, diarrhea, and chronic diseases which kill over 100,000 people annually. We want to expand their reach to the thousands more than need it. SEWA helps rural and underprivileded women to acheive financial solidarity, and conduct effective training and micro-credit programmes.  Please get involved in this project for yourself, the community of users, and our global community.    Thank you
