Uncle Pete, Cristy O'Toole, and Jenn Cook are facing felony manufacturing charges for the raids that were executed on 2 legal medical grows in August 2016. We are committed to proving our legality at all costs. We have an uphill battle ahead of us and appreciate any and all help that comes. Lawyer fees alone will exceed $20,000. Any and all donations will help us with this large financial burden and will be greatly appreciated. If you cannot afford to donate, sharing this campaign and raising awareness for our case is a great help. Thank you for your support as we continue on our mission to educate people from around the globe about natural alternative medicine.
The journey we have encountered in our quest for the "Truth about natural medicine" has been a roller coaster ride of emotions, challenges, and unfortunately some legal battles as well. During this time we have hosted and sponsored many events and worked diligently in our daily lives to educate the many that come to us for information. These are some of the best people on this planet and many have asked what they can do to help. Unfortunately this comes down to money sometimes. It is not in our nature to ask for help. However, felony charges against all 3 of us is a serious threat to our freedom and our family. We do not deserve to be treated like criminals. We did not break any laws, and we will prove that in court. Just like we have twice before. With your help, this can be a lot less painful for us. Seed 2 Cure helped me when I needed it when facing horrible odds. Peter, Cristy and Jennifer have been a force of pride in my own life and have been there for so many when others are not, including cures for cancer. I wish I could afford to give more -- please help these warriors fight against what I consider are crimes against humanity by limiting an individual’s freedom from state interference to cure illnesses that will kill them and treatments that cause more suffering. Cannabis has been around longer than any law written by man and its use by people towards others to keep it from them is absolutely the most insane thing I have ever lived through in our time. These laws only help to line the greedy pockets of jurisdictions that are designed to keep people oppressed and from being free to help themselves and others to be cured of many diseases and ailments. There is one study after another and still, these draconian people and their illegitimate rules are allowing people to suffer. It is almost like it is intentional ignorance. There is something seriously wrong with the people who are pushing criminal charges for anyone who use and dispense treatments that heal. It is sick and probably one of the most unjust tribulations of our time. History will look back on this period as barbaric and inhumane, I have not doubt about it and I have no doubt about the people who support these laws -- they are sick individuals who are participating in a prohibition that serves no one but themselves and their private economy designed to control a public they fear. They have an innate desire to monetize and control what we put into our bodies; it is a war against our liberties and is one of the last vestiges of liberties that we have. I can only hope that common sense will prevail in these and other cases that are causing much harm to society and individuals who are good people that care about others and offer a cure from a seed that gives life.

My plan was to be @ the Court hearing to demonstrate support, but felt it better to send another financial contribution in lieu of cost of trip in thinking that assistance with attorney fees would provide better support...
