I have a dream were you are able to take your children to a place where you can teach them life skills. Are you fed up with 'Rip_off Britain' . I want to be able to buy Woodland that can be used for free, even during Summer holidays, where you can pitch a tent, light a campfire and be one with nature. A place that can never be developed for housing, somewhere you can look at the night sky and tell tales of Hero's and villains, somewhere that a musician can play a tune that everybody can sing to, somewhere a poet can recite poetry or just a funny lymaric. A place for families that want more than a PlayStation and television. I would like to be able to place campsites along long and short distance cycle/walking routes for both the keen and amateur cyclist/ walker These places would be totally undeveloped, no toilets or washing facilities. Just a place to stay overnight, a place to meet, a place to make friends, a place to lean I have seven Grandchildren and three Great Grandchildren and I know  they enjoy learning life skills such as lighting a fire without matches, looking at Jupiter and identifying the constellation's, climbing and canoeing and I want every child to be able to have the same chance I have been fortunate to be able to offer. You can make my dream come true. No matter how small a donation you make, that donation will add to others and each single raindrop will eventually make a puddle that can become a lake and that lake may be the one place in Britain where you teach your child to camp, fish and be human. I need a fund of at least £45,000 to buy a small woodland in Rip off Britain, such is the greed of the developer. But from tiny acorns mighty oaks grow If you own land and you would like that land to be used for this purpose, but don't want to loose your ownership then let's see if a Solicitor can offer to write up a covenant. I believe the children are our future, and, in the words of the song, if we teach them well then they will lead the way. Thank you.
