What is this? What's going on?
Hello, I am 18 years old and I have a passion for composing, performing, listening, and appreciating all types of music. Recently, I started working on a project (http://www.music-jar.com/) which is a website where everybody can download free music (in wav quality) and use it for any kind of projects (youtube videos, podcast/radio shows and even for commercial purpose) in exchange for a link (in the credits) to my website. Right now, there are only 7 tracks available to download but I will keep adding music in all genres (cinematic,rock,pop,electronica etc.) so people can find the perfect track for their project.
Where the money goes:
Everything you see on http://www.music-jar.com/ was done with my own money: the host, the website template and the virtual instruments which are used to create the music. Unfortunately, my virtual instruments library isn't that big and I need to expand it with new quality virtual instruments which are expensive.
All the money will go on a cinematic pack which contains lots of orchestral instruments (the pack can be found here: https://www.projectsam.com/Products/Pack-Deals/1448 and here you can hear the quality of the instruments: https://soundcloud.com/projectsam/sets/orchestral-essentials-2 ).
