Help Free a Family from poverty due to an unjust system. We have literally lost everything in the past two years because of the pride of Indiana prosecutors, detectives, and judges that couldn’t admit their wrongs. We need to rise back up beyond the grips of destitution and reclaim our freedom. We need to rise up beyond the oppression and silencing we’ve been threatened to maintain and recover our father. $40,000. That’s the current price tag (and it’s rising) of what we have spent on attorney and court fees. It all started in 2015 when our father was charged with a crime evidence shows he did not commit. Dad was offered a plea deal because of the lack of evidence but maintained his innocence. In 2017, he was convicted of one charge out of three. The only charge Dad was convicted of related to a lie committed by a prosecutor during closing arguments. To add insult to injury, the court my father was tried in barred evidence that proved his innocence.

$70,000. That’s the value of the family business we owned and operated before the charge. We lost that business and our good name when the charges circulated.

Priceless. That’s the worth of someone’s reputation. To protect us from the backlash of news-worthy rumors and blatant lies, Dad and Mom fled our home city – and state – with nothing while the heart wrenching two-year process leading up to the trial began in 2017.

We, a family of six children, ask for your help. We work tireless day and night to afford our bills and court fees. The fight’s not over. There are upcoming fees associated with appealing to the Indiana Supreme Court and if that doesn’t work, there’s Post-Conviction Relief. These are very expenses processes.
