Testimony and VideoHere's a brief synopsis in layman's terms: The money that I inherited as a child and the funds gifted to me prior to turning 18 were put into trusts not to be released until my 18th birthday. Throughout my youth my parents did awful things to silence me. some examples would be feeding me alcohol at age three to put me to sleep and having the police come to the house at age 5 to interrogate, restrain, and handcuff me when I didn't listen. "pick up your toys, or else" When I was 14 my parents sent me off to boarding school and turned their backs to me, intentionally alienating me from most of my friends so they could justify their theft and embezzlement. They also pilfered my military dependent benefits (which I have been receiving since childhood-cash allotment, medical, housing, tuition, etc) and social security disability to prevent me from going to court to contest. (Before I graduated high school I applied to numerous universities that I was accepted to. I was told by the director that I was under guardianship and was not allowed to leave the school, denying me the right to attend the universities which I applied to. Ashamed and embarrassed I remained there and contacted an attorney. I ended up emptying out my savings - approximately $10,000 for attorney fees. Months later the attorney negotiated with the director of the school to allow me to leave but did not provide any correspondence with the courts. I ended up leaving the school to rent a room with another graduate and continuing work full time as a deli clerk. I kept communication with the attorney in the interim but did not receive any court paperwork. He ended up changing his office and phone number therefore disappearing, providing me with no notice of withdrawal. He did not do any work on my case. I began dating and got married with a child on the way. After about a year or so I could trust her enough to tell her about my past and the guardianship. Once we both began contacting attorneys and members of her family, My parents made numerous attempts to sabotage our marriage and take our child away from us. Thereon-after, they managed to keep tabs on me and retaliate every time I attempted to resolve the horrific matter through the judicial system. There is much more to this story, but I'll just leave it at that. Please do not gossip about this. hey have used this guardianship against me and held it over my head so many times that once I get established and get my head above water where I am financially stable enough to start trying to straighten this legal mess out they use the guardianship to cause me difficulty. In other words, they get me kicked out of apartments, they have me wrongfully arrested, they interfere with my employment, they interfere with my healthcare, they interfere with my personal relationships. I can’t live like this anymore! It’s hard for me to keep living as a functioning adult in an adult world when they keep using this fraudulent guardianship as a weapon against me.I have been wrongfully deprived of my God-given constitutional rights – life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. The constitutional violations I’ve experienced since this all started include but are not limited to numerous denials of service, numerous due process violations, numerous civil rights violations, numerous framing attempts-false arrests and false imprisonments directed by the guardians, numerous attempts to commit me to a psychiatric facility on false pretense directed by the guardians, espionage – landlord trespassing in home numerous occasions caught on camera, break ins, I have been trafficked for profit, I have been targeted harassment by local law enforcement and brown shirt community police, etc. I am now very guarded – I fear for my life and fear for my safety.The guardians and co-guardians (my parents and “godparents” Kenneth and Irma Herzog) keep interfering with my employment and stealing my property under the guise of this illegal fraudulent guardianship.I have been intentionally rendered homeless and penniless in retaliation – to prevent me from going to court and contesting.
