FRAUD from Business Consulting Company

I know for nobody its believeable, but a business consulting guy, fraud me for 1,6 Mio Euro and its difficult to send him to courth, justice.

But the main point is, my business is importing goods from China and sell to retailers around Austria Germany Swiss Italy etc. , the business was 50 years succesfull till the time this guy catched / fraud me.

I know for 100% sure that the market for the goods are ok, we got long time realationship with many costumers, but without Capital for a new start, its unable to start again.

Its with guarantee that i whould pay back each single Cent with good interest for capital - giver. How more are better !
