Franklin’s Surgery

Our oldest dog, Franklin (a chihuahua), was attacked in our yard by the neighbor German Shepherd yesterday morning.  He sustained multiple injuries to his neck that require surgery.  I lost my job on Friday and the vet bill will be over $600.  The neighbor has only been able to give us $100 towards the bill.  We rescued Frankln when he was a puppy and bottle fed him until he was able to eat on his own.  Any help that you could give would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you for your support!
