Frail Care for Huntingtons Disease

My wife Suzanne requires 24 hour frail care in Pretoria, South Africa. This is costing me R8 300 / month. I was retrenched last year at the end of November 2018 and to date I’ve not been able to find alternative decent paying employment, the employment equity bill in South Africa makes it very difficult to find employment in South Africa. I am really asking for help so that I can keep my wife in the frail care facility where she's in need of professional care.
