Mr. Wilfredo Dedase, 62years old resident of Cawit Proper, Magallanes, Sorsogon was tested positive for antigen test and was therefore admitted at the Covid Ward of Sorsogon Medical Mission Group Hospital and Health Services Cooperative on January 12, 2021; 9:40 PM. When his confirmatory test results came out 6days after, he was transferred to a private room to avoid possible transmission with the other patients.
His final diagnoses as reflected on his Medical Abstract says: Chronic Kidney Disease, Stage 5, Chronic Uraemia; End Stage Kidney Disease; in Allograft Failure, nos, On Dialysis, Renal Retinitis.
Other Diagnosis: Hemodialysis Procedure.
His final hospital bill (statement of account as of Jan 27, 2021 10:16am) is 230, 073.63. and still has to financially endure home medication costs and on-going dialysis.
