Ara Arcedo, a student of UP SLIS, has been rushed to a hospital due to abdominal pain. Upon check-up, she had to immediately undergo surgery as an ovary had ruptured and was poisoning her body. She is currently recovering but will have to receive blood transfusion due to blood loss in the operation. (https://facebook.com/100013864356247/posts/861422020996602/)
We are in need of financial assistance for Ara’s hospital bills. They have accumulated to Php 150,000 and will go up as she continues to recover. Updates will be made regarding the flow of donations through the other accounts.

But thanks to all your contribution, she will have a very comfortable recovery at home. We are waiting for her doctor's advise for discharge later today.. . . . .
