Artificial respirator for the Puerto Madryn hospital in Argentina

I'm a Puerto Madryn citizen, in the south of Argentina. The city has 100.000 population and the city and province are in a huge economic crisis as never before and now we need to be ready for the COVID-19. Our Hospital has just FIVE artificial respirators for 100.000 people and our health services are not working because they are receiving their salaries two or three months later and in parts. We are in a HUGE need and we are not ready to fight against the COVID-19.

Our city receives a lot of cruise ships from all around the world because we have whales, penguins and sea. Our city lives from the tourism and now the city is completely closed. Please, we need every possible help to buy at least one artificial respirator as we prepare to face the COVID-19. We would be eternally grateful for any help.
