Campaign Story
In 2016 my daughter disclosed that she was raped by her stepfather. She is mentally handicapped, since then it has been a constant struggle to get justice.
Due to various factors, we had to appoint legal counsel as a watching brief to ensure that the State prosecute this matter.
The State abandoned the matter 7 days before the trial, and only because of Latham Dixon's hard work and persistence, our matter is now back in court.
We desperately need to raise funds to pay our current outstanding legal bills, and also ensure that we build up a nest egg for the trial that's been set down for 15 April 2019.
Your donation will go a far way to ensure that our fight for justice isn't in vain.
